Regulation of Kinesin-1 activity by Salmonella enterica effectors PipB2 and SifA
Résumé
The Kinesin-1 motor protein plays a key role in controlling the membrane exchanges necessary for the intracellular survival of Salmonella, a pathogenic bacterium. This article highlights the complexity of Kinesin-1 regulation by Salmonella effector proteins.
