Provenance et gestion des matières premières lithiques du site néolithique ancien cardial de Renaghju (Sartène, Corse-du-Sud)
Résumé
Lithic raw materials provenance and management of Renaghju (Sartène, Southern Corisica), a Cardial Early neolithic settlement. In the poorly documented context of corsican Cardial Early Neolithic, we carried out a study on Renaghju raw materials. While we have few datas on local materials (quartz and rhyolite), imported raw materials (flint and obsidian) were submitted to a detailled study with respectively petrographical and geochemical approaches. The sard origin of analyzed obsidians and most of flints examined could be established. The unknown provenance of part of the flint artefacts raises the question about the relationship between Corsica and Tyrrhenian areas.
