LiMnyFe1-yPO4 Cathode Materials Grown by Hydrothermal Route: Structure and Morphology

Résumé

We report the structure and morphology of the solid-solution series LiMnyFe1-yPO4 isomorphous with olivine synthesized by the hydrothermal route. Experimental studies include combined characterizations such as XRD, FTIR, SEM and HRTEM. Carbon-coated nanoparticles were prepared by the lactose route, which quality was investigated by Raman spectroscopy
